2. …and Ty Crep is the borrowed venue for the launch next Tuesday (26 Oct) of ‘A Lime Jewel‘ (aka Word for Haiti, Sak Pase). ‘A Lime Jewel’ is a Haiti benefit with all funds raised going towards the cost of rebuilding after the earthquake early this year. On the 26th I’m hoping to meet up for the first time with Yetunde Ruban who edited the book, and I’ll be reading from my story at some point in the evening. The event runs 7pm – 10pm at Ty Crepe, 99 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1AA. Tickets for the launch include a copy of the book.
